Users of RevCoverage services are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations governing communications and marketing. This includes but is not limited to:
Clients are responsible for ensuring proper consent before contacting leads using automated systems. RevCoverage is not responsible for unlawful use of the platform by users.
RevCoverage utilizes artificial intelligence and automated communication systems to respond to leads and assist with communications. Users acknowledge that:
Clients are responsible for monitoring and supervising automated communications.
RevCoverage provides tools intended to improve response time and communication efficiency. However, RevCoverage does not guarantee lead generation, sales conversions, revenue increases, or specific business performance outcomes. Results depend on many external factors outside the Company's control.
RevCoverage makes reasonable efforts to maintain reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Services may be affected by internet outages, infrastructure failures, third-party providers, or maintenance and updates.
RevCoverage may integrate with third-party services including communication providers, CRMs, analytics tools, and AI platforms. RevCoverage is not responsible for failures, disruptions, or policies of third-party services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RevCoverage shall not be liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, indirect or consequential damages, or data loss or service interruption.
Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for services during the previous three months.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless RevCoverage, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal expenses arising from misuse of services, unlawful communications, violations of telemarketing or privacy laws, or client interactions with leads.
All software, content, design, branding, and materials provided by RevCoverage remain the property of RevCoverage and are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the platform without permission.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of RevCoverage services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Georgia. Users waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits against RevCoverage.
RevCoverage may suspend or terminate services if users violate these Terms or engage in unlawful or harmful activities.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
